How to Use

• Diffuser: Follow your diffuser's instructions for drops and water ratio
• Bath: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil or bath salts before adding to water
• Topical: Dilute 1–2 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil (almond, coconut, or jojoba). Patch test first
• Room Spray: Mix with water in a spray bottle for a natural air freshener
