Shipping policy
Good Planet ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. We reserve the right to consider other courier options, depending on labour strikes or other potential factors.
Free Shipping (British Columbia only) Orders of $130 CAD or more shipping within British Columbia qualify for free shipping.
Local Deliveries (Capital Regional District) A flat rate of $10 applies to local deliveries within the Capital Regional District on orders under $130 CAD.
Rest of Canada Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping, please get in touch with us at info@goodplanet.com indicating the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. We will provide you with a quote for shipping via a reputable carrier.

- Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in the same condition as received, free from odours, stains, or signs of use, in original packaging with tags attached
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including opened personal care products, bedding, pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, towels, yoga products, sunglasses, seasonal items, custom orders, Final Sale items, and gift cards
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
In-Store Purchases
- We offer exchange or non-expiring store credit on select unopened/unused goods within 14 days with receipt
- Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases
