Refund & Return Policy
This return policy applies to orders shipped within Canada. For international orders, please contact us at info@goodplanet.com for return options.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused — in the same condition as received, free from odours, stains, or signs of use
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return: Contact us at info@goodplanet.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. The return address will be provided upon approval. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened personal care products (oils, spa products, beauty items)
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as Final Sale (typically items discounted 40% or more)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@goodplanet.com and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Exchanges We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
