Just shift the hulls toward the back to create a gentle wedge shape that elevates your hips above your knees, ensuring a meditative alignment that helps keep your spine lifted yet relaxed.

The outer case is crafted from dyed plain color cotton twill fabric and is removable for hassle-free washing. Inside, a zippered cotton sheeting fabric holds 1.5 kg of buckwheat hulls, adding to your overall experience. 

TIP: For optimal sitting posture, remember to keep your knees lower than your hips.

Product Care

• Empty the buckwheat filling into a large container. There is no inner casing for the whole buckwheat hulls.
  
• Wash the cover in a cold water washer setting, and hang to dry
  
• Use a funnel to insert the buckwheat hulls back into the cover (you can even make a funnel by rolling up a piece of paper and inserting it into the opening)
