The Halfmoon Loop Strap incorporates the functionality of a regular strap while providing a loop that’s always there for you. That means no more fussing around in the middle of class (or pose!). If needed, you can create a second loop with the buckle end. This frees you up to work on your back with a loop around each foot. The double loop can also be used as a make-shift rope wall for supported downward dog. You might be surprised by how well this variation lengthens the low back. Side Note: make sure you have a strong door frame!
