Online Purchases

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Contact us at info@goodplanet.com or 1-888-590-3505 to initiate your return
  • Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in the same condition as received, free from odours, stains, or signs of use, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including opened personal care products, bedding, pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, towels, yoga products, sunglasses, seasonal items, custom orders, Final Sale items, and gift cards
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

In-Store Purchases

  • We offer exchange or non-expiring store credit on select unopened/unused goods within 14 days with receipt
  • Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases
