Care
- Hand wash the container in warm soapy water. Dry lid and bottom separately to ensure proper ventilation.
- Remove the silicone bands and hand wash daily in warm soapy water. Once dry, completely tuck them back into their respective channels.
- Dishwasher not recommended due to the inconsistent heat of many dishwashers.
- The carrying bag is not intended to be submerged/washed under running water. Wipe clean with damp cloth. The carrying bag is only intended to carry the food contained within the food box.
- To clean the freezer pack, rinse in lukewarm water and air dry. Dispose of immediately in case of leakage.
- Microwaving is not recommended for any Go Green items.
- Only use a dry-erase board pen to write on the whiteboard.
- Note that the silicone gaskets are purposely slightly larger than the channels so there is enough bulge outwards during sealing. If the gaskets stretch, they usually return to their original size on their own. Replacement gaskets are also available.

We reserve the right to consider other courier options, depending on labour strikes, or other potential factors. Local deliveries in the Greater Victoria Area are dispatched via GeaZone Eco Courier.
